You are not alone
Caring for the souls of others is hard, y'all.

Whether you are a Pastor at a local church or a believer working in the "real world," it's easy to feel isolated and alone. Often, we forget that we are part of a grand narrative; we are part of something bigger than ourselves.

Our goal is to remind you that the body of Christ is at work. Quite literally, the body is at work in restaurants, law offices, entertainment venues, and private counseling rooms. You stand in line with many faithful men and women who have come before you, and you are surrounded by many faithful men and women who are beside you even now.
of pastors  acknowl-edge that they have struggled with mental illness
of church-going family members of those with mental illness want their church to talk more openly about mental illness
of those actually suffering from mental illness want their church to talk about mental illness
of pastors say they rarely or never speak to their congregation about mental illness
of churchgoers with mental illness say the church has been supportive
of churchgoers say suicide is a problem that needs to be addressed in their community.
The Conversation
Have you ever wanted to help someone struggling with mental illness in the church, but you've hesitated? As a Pastor, finding a Mental Health Professional you trust can be hard. As a Mental Health Profesional, integrating Biblical principles into your counseling practice is often frowned upon. We want to bridge the gap and facilitate a conversation that makes space for mental health knowledge and Biblical convictions.
