Peer Support provides trained individuals - who have lived experience - offering support, encouragement, guidance and understanding that aid clients in their paths to recovery.
The Come Together Peer Support Group aims to support people living with and recovering from Mental Illness. These groups work to decrease isolation and increase recovery skills. Through the Come Together Peer Support Group, individuals are able to meet new people; share experiences and coping skills; as well as support one another in their recovery process.
