CCUA is a nonprofit, that runs numerous targeted programs focusing on vegetable and fruit production. Tony Minnick, CCUA’s farm manager will guide you on a tour throughout their farm discussing intensive market gardening. Followed by a talk on employee and volunteer management.
Tom Coudron, Missouri Farmers Union President will lead a discussion on the importance of farm policy, legislation and Missouri Farmers Union’s role.
