Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before purchasing Might & Power 2026 Cash Raffle Tickets. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Promoter
The raffle is conducted by the Cerebral Palsy Alliance, ABN 45 000 062 288, located at 187 Allambie Road, Allambie Heights NSW 2100.

2. Permit Requirements
The total prize pool value is $20,000 AUD. In accordance with the NSW Fair Trading Community Gaming Rules, a formal permit is not required as the total prize value does not exceed $30,000.

3. Eligibility
Entry is open strictly to residents of New South Wales (NSW), Australia.
Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of ticket purchase.
Cerebral Palsy Alliance event team members directly involved in conducting the draw or managing the final ticket barrel, as well as their immediate family members (spouses, partners, parents, children, and siblings), are not eligible to enter.

4. Ticket Sales, Pricing, and Volume
Total tickets available for purchase across all sales channels are strictly limited to 1,000 tickets.
Ticket pricing bundles are structured as follows:
1 ticket for $100
2 tickets for $180
3 tickets for $250
Online ticket sales via GalaBid will close strictly at 2:00 PM AEST on Saturday 19 September 2026.
In-room paper ticket sales at the event will close strictly at 3:30 PM AEST on Saturday 19 September 2026.
Total expenses incurred by the promoter will not exceed 60% of the gross proceeds raised from ticket sales.

5. The Prize
The prize is $20,000 AUD cash.
In accordance with NSW legal requirements for cash prizes exceeding $5,000, the $20,000 prize will be paid to the winner via electronic funds transfer (EFT) within 14 days of identity verification. It will not be paid in physical cash.

6. The Draw
The raffle will be drawn at the Might and Power Event in The Ballroom, Royal Randwick Racecourse.
The draw will take place on Saturday 19 September 2026 at 3:40 PM AEST.
To determine the winner, all digital tickets purchased via GalaBid up to 2:00 PM and all physical paper tickets purchased in the room up to 3:30 PM will be pooled into a single physical barrel.
The winner will be determined by a blind, random physical draw from the barrel in front of the event guests.

7. Winner Notification and Publication
The winner does not need to be present at the event or in the room to win.
The winner will be notified via phone and in writing via email within 7 days of the draw (by Saturday 26 September 2026).
The winner's name and ticket number will be published on the official raffle page of the Might and Power website at: https://www.eventcreate.com/e/mightandpower2026 within 7 days of the draw.

8. Unclaimed Prizes
The promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner using the phone number and email address provided at the time of purchase.
If the prize remains unclaimed for 3 months from the draw date, a redraw will take place on Saturday 19 December 2026 at the promoter's head office, subject to regulatory oversight.
