Join us on the 25-26th Sept 21 for a camping weekend with QRH leavers including: long walks; fun; food; and great company.
A weekend for all former Queen's Royal Hussars to reconnect, spend time out in the countryside and reflect. Organised by ex-soldiers and officers from the Regiment it is intended to provide a little respite from the challenges of the coronavirus lockdown and a chance to get together in a positive, forward-looking, supportive atmosphere.
The plan is simple.
(1) Click where it says "get involved" and complete the registration process.
(2) Get yourself to the beautiful farm near Swindon by lunchtime on Sat 25th Sept 21 and pitch your tent.
(3) After a decent lunch, walk 10km with the lads around the local countryside before getting back to camp for beers and a barbeque.
(4) At the campsite that evening we have a mental resilience session led by a former lancer and co-founder of the
Eleos Partnership.
(5) The following morning, after a hearty breakfast, we will all pack up and head home.
All we ask is that you register for the event, register with the Regimental Association, pay a £10 personal contribution, and get yourself to and from the campsite.
