About Mindful Movements
Join us in Thrasher Park for 30 to 45 minutes where certified Mindfulness and Meditation teacher, Shannon, will guide you through a meditation while using small movements to wake up the body, mind and spirit. All are welcome to join in this beautiful time that we'll carve out for ourselves, allowing us to find a bit of quiet, connect with nature and ourselves. 
Meet the Instructor
Shannon is a mindfulness and meditation teacher who loves to share her journey to peace with others. Through mindfulness and meditation that's backed by science, Shannon has been able to find peace while battling her anxiety and OCD.

Through her guided meditations, you'll find a calming, peaceful and effective approach to healing and finding peace wherever you are on your journey.

FAQ
What should I bring?
You can bring blankets, a yoga mat, a towel, or anything you can sit on that will make you comfortable.

What happens if it rains?
Since these sessions are hosted in the park, in the event of inclement weather, the session will be cancelled.

Can I still join if I've never done meditation?
Yes! The basics of meditations are simply to breathe and be aware of your breath. There is no experience required. You already have everything you need. :)
