By 2030, Omaha will need 30,000 additional housing units—60% of which must be affordable to meet the needs of residents across all income levels. The Housing Affordability Action Plan is paving the way by providing strategic solutions and updates to zoning regulations, including changes for Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs).
