Come join us for an exclusive fundraising event with an open bar and hors d’oeuvres, followed by a screening of the highly acclaimed documentary film, Where the Rope Ends; a Q&A with the subject of the film and the director will follow.

Where the Rope Ends tells the story of the heroic rescue of Nichole (Kathy Proch’s daughter), who grew up in Monticello and graduated from Monticello High School. This heroic rescue mission was led by a volunteer Search and Rescue team after Nichole fell 60 feet in a canyon in Washington state. Nichole credits the volunteers who responded to her rescue for her unbelievable recovery from this devastating accident. This film is her gift to Search and Rescue for volunteering to save her life as well as countless others. Your donations and support for this event will go towards Nichole’s efforts to ensure that organizations like the one that saved her will continue to exist.

These organizations are called to assist with accidents like Nichole’s as well as countless other causes in your community, like national disaster relief and helping to find lost children and elders. Our communities are stronger because of these everyday heroes, and they need our support to keep doing the selfless services they love providing.
