Why?
What if God wanted to do MORE through you and your church and ministry?

• Are you feeling isolated, even lonely, as a leader?

• Do you see some good things happening in your church, but not sure how they all fit together?

• Does it seem like you are shooting in the dark sometimes?

More Conference was designed with you in mind

You know God wants to use you. And, for right now, He certainly does work through you. But, you can’t help feeling like more could be accomplished. Could you reach more people? Is it possible to deepen those same people spiritually at the same time?

If you’re not clear on what to do to get things moving, this single day was designed with you in mind.

It isn’t always clear what to do to get things moving to a higher level. What makes it more confusing is the areas that are growing seem to be random and not really attached to what you’re doing.
What lever should you pull? Is there a lever? What should you do? And, when?
Some good things are happening, maybe many things. But, it too often feels like you are shooting in the dark.

You can know what to do. Join us to hear from some places God is doing it in the Tri-State and how. In addition, you’ll discover the key process Jesus used (and great churches use) to trade uncertainty, confusion and a lack of traction for clarity, confidence and momentum. As a bonus, you will connect with other like-minded leaders who want the same things.

We believe that God can and will use you to do More for Him in the Tri-State.

Main Session Topics
Shepherding Leaders
As pastors, we’re called to shepherd the flock (1 Peter 5:2). In fact, God holds us accountable for our shepherding (Hebrews 13:17). But what does that look like in day to day life? We are called to be a Shepherd, not a Commander because at the end of the day, we are sheep leading other sheep. Don’t let ministry become your mistress and actually watch God do more through the leaders you shepherd and develop with these insights.

Overcoming Ministry Obstacles
Pastors can learn so much from Jeremiah. When we are leading people to serve God there are always obstacles and they often seem insurmountable. Like so many of us, Jeremiah faced obstacles of Fear, Circumstances and Lack of resources . This is the tyranny of the minority and the necessity to change. But through everything Jeremiah found that God was more than faithful. They will fight against you, but they shall not prevail against you, for I am with you, declares the LORD, to deliver you." - Jeremiah 1:19

Your Most Important Ministry Investment
Did you know there is one investment as a leader you can't afford not to make? Although not the only thing that affects your ministry, it is the most important and the one that will provide your ministry its greatest effectiveness, year over year. This one key investment shows up in three areas defined by the Bible. Jesus also operated this way. Part of the seminar will be a simple assessment to see how these are operating in your current ministry.
