The focus of Women in Construction (WIC) Week is to highlight women as a viable component of the construction industry. WIC Week also provides an occasion to raise awareness of the opportunities available for women in construction and to emphasize the growing role of women in the industry. It is a time for Mortenson to celebrate and promote Allyship, inclusion, advocacy and sponsorship of its women and to give back to their communities.

Women in Construction Week (WIC Week) begins March 7 with a national all-hands kickoff hosted by Women's BRG. New for 2022, WIC Week has daily themes that support women in our industry with specific events and toolbox talks for project teams to participate in.
