Love going all out for Halloween? Enter the Verrado Home Decorating Contest and let your spooky (or silly!) creativity shine! From haunted houses to one-of-a-kind displays, we want to see it all.

This spooktacular contest is open to all Verrado residents—winners will be chosen by your neighbors. Residents will vote to select the top five homes, and then our Resident Advisory Panel (RAP) will vote to determine the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners.
So grab your cobwebs, pumpkins, and lights…it’s time to show off your Halloween spirit!

Register by: Oct. 1- Oct. 8
Judging: Oct. 9- Oct. 19
Winners Announced: Oct. 22

Prizes
Each winning home will receive a yard sign to display, bragging rights, and a gift card.

- 1st Place: $100 gift card
- 2nd Place: $60 gift card
- 3rd Place: $50 gift card

1. Participation is open to Verrado residents.

2. No entry fee required.

3. Verrado Assembly employees are not eligible to participate. You must register your house online by Oct. 8.

4. Contest is for exterior decorations only, including decorations in windows that are visible from the outside of the home.

5. Participants agree to have one or more photos of their decorated residence exterior posted on Verrado's resident website, social media channels, and in resident e-newsletters.

6. Participant agrees there will be no compensation of any kind for said posting or publication.

7. Prizes will be awarded for first, second, and third.

Winners are based on the number of votes each house receives from residents via surveymonkey.com.
