As a Visionary Life Coach, I am passionate about helping women to discover purpose, pursue their passions and live life to their full potential. The idea to host an event to empower women was birth in 2019 following Hurricane Dorian. It was intended to be a one-time event to uplift the spirits of women on Grand Bahama because of all that we experienced in the aftermath of the storm. Then came the pandemic, COVID 19, and I was inspired to continue to empower women as we are the backbone of the family and the bedrock of a nation and must learn to take care of ourselves to be there for others. It's hard to believe that we are preparing for year six, already!

Under the theme, “My Time To Thrive in 2025,” this sixth annual Women’s Empowerment Event is designed to empower women to make 2025 their best year yet by not just surviving
but thriving in 2025 and beyond. Whether you are an entrepreneur, an innovator, an unemployed person looking for some inspiration or a full-time employee with a special gift or talent that can possibly be a "Side Hustle" for you, or someone with big dreams and ideas but afraid or not sure how to get started, you will be inspired by our esteemed speakers who will share with you how they’ve been able to thrive in their respective businesses. They will share their personal stories and professional knowledge giving you clarity and strategies to help you begin to thrive.

Based on past events, “My Time to Thrive in 2025,” is anticipated to be educational, inspirational, and lots of fun!!!! Our ‘Hostess with the Mostess,’ Mrs. Allison Levarity, always brings her bubbly personality and excitement that gets the crowd singing and dancing at her command.
