This year’s theme explores how embracing an agile mindset can transform the contracting profession by focusing on three key pillars: people, policy, and progress. As acquisition professionals navigate evolving mission needs and increasing demands for flexibility, this seminar will highlight strategies to empower the workforce, adapt policy frameworks, and drive meaningful innovation in procurement. Join us to discover how agility in thought and action can lead to smarter, faster, and more effective acquisition outcomes.
