Jonathan Mostowski
President, Agile Acquisitions, LLC | Author | Federal Acquisition Expert
Jonathan Mostowski is President of Agile Acquisitions, LLC and a nationally recognized expert in federal procurement strategy. With deep experience advising both government and industry, he helps organizations navigate the complexities of federal contracting with a focus on innovation, agility, and mission success. A former Senior Contracting Officer at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency and Acquisitions Strategist for both the U.S. Digital Service and Defense Digital Service, Jonathan was also a founding member of a billion-dollar defense tech startup. In 2023, he was recognized in Marquis Who’s Who in America for his leadership and impact.
 
Jonathan is the creator of the Agile Innovation Toolkit and author of Leading Agile Acquisitions: A Guide to Creating Culture Change in Government Contracting, a practical and provocative roadmap to modernizing the federal acquisition system. As a speaker, he brings real-world experience, regulatory fluency, and an unapologetic call for culture change; advocating for smarter, faster, and more adaptive procurement practices in government. Audrey Montgomery
NASA RFO Practitioner Lead | NASA
Audrey Montgomery, CPCM, is a team lead in NASA's International Space Station (ISS) and Commercial Low Earth Orbit Office of Procurement, on detail as a Procurement Analyst leading Revolutionary FAR Overhaul rule 2026-006.  Audrey also serves as NASA's representative to the FAR Practitioner Working Group. 

Prior to the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul effort, Ms. Montgomery led a team with a portfolio spanning ISS vehicle sustaining, extravehicular activity suits, and research and development, with a total portfolio value exceeding $25B. She was the Contracting Officer in charge of the $1B United States Deorbit Vehicle (USDV) Source Evaluation Board, which she led from proposal receipt to final Source Selection in less than three months. Ms. Montgomery previously spent a significant time in procurement policy at Johnson Space Center as a source evaluation board and policy advisor for some of the Agency's most complex procurements. She has has also served as the Contracting Officer for other complex procurements, including the Research Engineering and Manufacturing Integration Services (REMIS) 2 and Lunar Terrain Vehicle Services (LTVS).
Ms. Montgomery holds a BA in Mathematics and an MBA from Texas Tech University. Throughout her career, she has received numerous commendations including the NASA Silver Achievement Medal and the Chief Acquisition Officers Council's Acquisition Excellence Team Award.
