Schnitz ALE Brewery is hosting the sweetest New Year's Eve Party in all the 216, and you're definitely not going to want to miss this one. The evening starts out with a cocktail hour (2 hours) with unlimited Schnitz Ale Draft Beer, pass around hors d'oeuvres including steak tartar crostini's, prosciutto wrapped asparagus, smelt w/ candied lemons, charcuterie, crudités, Iberico carving station, and a smoked salmon bar just to name a few, and should you desire, you can add a flight of reserve bourbons or reserve wines (red or white).

At 8PM we'll head upstairs for an amazing buffet of carved wagyu beef, monkfish osso bucco in diavolo sauce, beer braised chicken, mushroom polenta, mashed potatoes, garlic parmesan brussels, golden beet salad & fennel apple slaw w/ candied pecans, heirloom carrots sous vide, and an unbelievable desserts bar.

The night includes plenty of entertainment, starting during the cocktail hours w/ close up magic preformed by the amazing Mr. Zap, and to cap the evening off there's going to be dancing to the tunes provided by the dueling pianos, and then we finish it off with a champagne toast at midnight.
