As the vines wake up for the season, we’re moving from the quiet work of winter into the vibrant energy of spring. It was wonderful seeing everyone in Northport for pruning and tying, and now it’s time to dive into the next chapter: shoot selection, de-suckering, and the careful positioning of our fruit flowers. Stephen will be our guide through grapevine anatomy and the architectural blueprint that sets the stage for the coming harvest at a beautiful new private vineyard in Jamesport!

We will be officially celebrating our Spring Release with the debut of the 2025 Sparkling Rosé, paired with a delicious tasting menu designed to highlight every note.
