Pack your boots and enjoy a pre-convention Saturday by discovering Oklahoma Agriculture! Head out early on one coach headed to Southwestern Oklahoma to explore a no-till variety seed production farm that exports across the U.S.; visit a cooperative cotton gin; and a diversified family farming and ranching operation and learn about peanut production.
The second adventure coach leaves early as well Saturday morning to explore Oklahoma City attractions including museums, monuments, and more! This adventure will focus on OKC's agriculture roots and background.
Both coaches are sponsored by the American Farmers & Ranchers/Oklahoma Farmers Union chapter. A participant fee will be charged for a meal and refreshments for each bus and registration is required to attend. An AFR/OFU staff member will be your step-on guide to pre-convention adventure!
