How many tickets are available?
There are 200 tickets available for Friday, September 6 and 200 tickets available for Saturday, September 7. One ticket does NOT gain you entry to both nights. Make sure you select the correct date at checkout. You will not be able to switch days after purchasing your ticket.
What information will I need at checkout?
You will need first and last name, t-shirt size, email address, and food allergy info for each ticket you are purchasing. PDF tickets will be immediately sent to the email address(es) you provide.
Will there be a service fee?
️Yes, Stripe charges a service fee for all transactions (2.9%+$0.30). This comes out to ~$5 per person and will be applied at checkout.
Is there a limit to the number of tickets I can buy?
Yes. You can purchase up to two Table Tickets or up to six Single Tickets at one time.
How does Reserved Seating work?
You must purchase a regular ticket to add reserved seating. If you purchase a Reserved Seating Add-on only, you will NOT gain admission into the event. To ensure you have reserved seating for all your tickets, a Reserved Seating Add-on must accompany each Single Ticket you buy. For example, if you purchase two Single Tickets, add two Reserved Seating Add-ons. If you only add one, only one of your tickets will have reserved seating applied. You may email us or make a note at checkout if you would like to sit next to someone else who also purchased reserved seating.
What if I don't purchase a Reserved Seating add-on?
There will be additional tables set up inside (if available) and outside on the patio and in the courtyard.
How do I purchase a table?
When purchasing a table, the selection field will show the TOTAL number of tickets for each table (10 for 1 Table and 20 for 2 Tables). You will be required to submit first and last name and a valid email address for each individual ticket. If you do not yet know this information, please put N/A in the name spaces, and your email address in the email field. PDF tickets will be immediately sent to the email addresses you provide. Please note this information is required by August 7 to ensure admittance into the event.
How do refunds and exchanges work?
️Tickets are nonrefundable, and can only be exchanged through Kindle & Charm. If for some reason you can no longer attend the event, email us directly at
[email protected], and we will do our best to help you get your ticket(s) sold. This is to protect you from third party sellers who may try to increase ticket prices. We are not responsible for fraudulent tickets that you purchase from a third party. In the unlikely event the ball is cancelled without being rescheduled, you will receive a 100% refund.
How old do I have to be to attend?
Guests must be 21or older at the time of the event. All guests will be required to show their ID for entry.
When will tickets go on sale?
Tickets will go on sale June 7 at 7 PM, here on our website.
