Let's start talking about menopause!

It's no longer the taboo subject that it used to be. Over 75% of women experience menopause symptoms, including brain fog, hot flushes, and joint pain, to name a few. However, menopause still isn't openly discussed, as symptoms can be personal and sometimes embarrassing. At Norse Group, we want to start the conversation. We don't want those going through menopause to suffer in silence.

That's why Norse Group will be holding our own Menopause Cafés aimed at breaking down the stigma and stereotypes around menopause and increasing awareness of the impact of menopause on those experiencing it, their family, friends and colleagues.

A Menopause Café is a discussion group open to all ages and genders. There are no talks, no experts, and discussion topics are chosen by participants.
