We're back! The North 32nd Street Tour is a monthly home tour on the second Thursday of every month, comprised of 8-12 listings. The starting point for the event is Chompies at 8:30am. There is a complimentary breakfast provided by our sponsors: Practically Free Insurance, Total Pro A/C, & WFG Title. You will receive opening remarks from your hosts, Jaclyn Payne and Nancy Pierson. You will have an opportunity to discuss buyer needs and hear about the listings on the tour for that day. After breakfast, you will caravan to the 8-12 properties on tour in 85028 & 85032. Every agent will be given a feedback form to fill out for each listing. We expect to wrap up by 11am.

The value of attending a home tour is to better educate yourself on the real estate of the area, network with other area professionals, and communicate buyer needs. If your listing is featured on tour, you get the benefit of discussing your listing before tour, receiving honest feedback from other area professionals on the property and pricing, and impressing your sellers with the extra effort. At the final home, we will award the Best Home on Tour and provide a sign rider!
