When using Zeffy, after selecting the number of registrations you are paying for, you will be directed to a Summary section. In that section, YOU MUST CHANGE the drop-down from 11% to "Other", then enter $0 in the “Other” field.
Please note that the National Youth Conference Board is not responsible for any additional fees incurred if this change is not made during checkout. We are unable to reimburse those funds, as they are controlled entirely by Zeffy. For this reason, it is very important that you carefully follow these steps to avoid any complications.
