“Simply a phenomenal performer, with a titanic keyboard technique and the artistic vision to go with it,” (San Francisco Chronicle) pianist Natasha Paremski is a regular return guest of many major orchestras, including Minnesota Orchestra, San Francisco Symphony, Grant Park Music Festival, and the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, under the direction of conductors including Thomas Dausgaard, Peter Oundjian, Andres Orozco-Estrada, Jeffrey Kahane, JoAnn Falletta, Rossen Milanov, and Andrew Litton.

Natasha has given recitals at the Auditorium du Louvre in Paris, Wigmore Hall, Teatro Colon in Buenos Aires, Tokyo’s Musashino Performing Arts Center and San Francisco’s Herbst Theater, among others.

Natasha’s range as a performer has often extended beyond the traditional concert hall. She was the featured pianist in choreographer Benjamin Millepied’s Danses Concertantes at New York’s Joyce Theater, as well as in a major two-part film for BBC Television on the life and work of Tchaikovsky. She collaborated in Twin Spirits, a theatrical project starring Sting and Trudie Styler. A Steinway Artist, she has recorded several works for the brand’s revolutionary new Spirio technology.

Jake Cohen is a New York Times bestselling cookbook author and a bright new star in the food world. He has held the positions of food staffer at Saveur magazine, food editor of Tasting Table, restaurant critic of Time Out New York, and editorial director of the Feedfeed.

Jake wrote his bestselling debut cookbook, Jew-ish, about his love of modern Jewish cooking and baking. At the event, Jake will be present and will personally prepare family-style recipes that offer a preview to his upcoming book. When he isn’t contributing to outlets like Food Network Kitchen, Food52, and Food & Wine, Jake is posting challah-braiding videos and recipes on his Instagram and TikTok (@jakecohen).

Seth Watsky is the Client Relationship Manger for the Northeast Region at Christie's International Real Estate. Seth began his career at Christie's as a Senior Client Service Representative in the Client Service Department from 2010 – 2014. During that time Seth managed the Gallery Assistant Program, Christie's front of house, and supported art departments with the arranging of pre-sale exhibitions, auction estimate requests, art transport, and post-sale collections. In September 2014, Seth joined Christie's International Real Estate as the Affiliate Services and Marketing Coordinator for the Northeast Region. As of April 2018, he was appointed to Associate Vice President, Client Relationship Manager. In this role, he manages affiliate accounts within the Northeast, referrals, and the Christie's Bespoke Marketing Program. Originally from Westchester County, NY, Seth graduated from Pace University's Manhattan campus with a degree in Theatre Arts, is a licensed New York Real Estate Salesperson and a Christie's Charity Auctioneer.
