Office Hours
Join us for our second Office Hours event in Tucson. Come for brunch drinks, light bites, and to ask questions of smart people working in politics and legislation around LGBTQ+ issues.
LOOKOUT is inviting you to attend an early afternoon of coffee, mimosas, light bites, and some political discourse on what this year in politics has shaped up to be.

For this Office Hours session, we're going to be discussing: money. Yes, the very sexy side of politics that has a sizable impact on your day-to-day lives, but often goes unnoticed because of "math."

This is the perfect event for you if you're: someone who wants to learn how the political machine works in your city; a person who wants to know how to follow the money; a newcomer to Tucson who wants to know more about politics in your region.

This is the second of our three Office Hours sessions. The event is an informal roundtable moderated by LOOKOUT, and we will have two guest speakers who will help you make sense of everything happening, and what you can do to arm yourself with knowledge and how to help.

This event is limited to 30 people in-person, but will also be live streamed privately via a Zoom Webinar. LOOKOUT paid members get access to events for free. Upon checkout, please enter the code given that was sent to your member email. If you are a paid member but didn't get your code, please email us at [email protected].

For others, we are offering tickets at $8 per person.

Our Office Hours events are an opportunity for locals to meet other people in their cities who know how to get things done, or point you in the right directions to find the tools to make things happen. For this Office Hour event discussing money, we'll have President and CEO of Community Foundation of Southern Arizona Jenny Flynn as well as Tucson Agenda writer Joe Ferguson speaking and helping you all make sense of what's happening with local and federal budgets coming into your city for certain programs.
