With joy and excitement, we present this event to you! Our Musical Gala will bring together people from the Archdiocese of Chicago to celebrate the richness and diversity of Black Catholic musical expression. The Black Catholic experience of worship can be encapsulated in the soul-filling music that pours forth in our liturgies as we give praise and fitting worship to God. To preserve this tradition, we must honor those who have committed their lives to the ministry and we must encourage our youth to follow in their footsteps. In order for this to be achieved, we need your help. This is why this event and others that promote Black Catholic Musical expressions are so important.
