Welcome to the on campus housing registration page.

Please fill in all requested information. This will help us to better provide for your needs once you arrive to campus. The guest services office is not a staffed office. Please, be sure that you select a time to register/ pick up your keys so someone can meet you.

Please adhere to the following policies:
Conduct: There is absolutely NO drug use, alcohol or smoking of any kind tolerated on campus. Profanity or any type of physical violence will not be tolerated and will be cause for immediate expulsion and a fine of $300 per guest involved. Renter and guest shall use the premises in a considerate manner at all times. Coarse jokes or swearwords are inappropriate at all times. ALL firearms are prohibited.
Pets: No pets allowed on campus, except for service animals.
Parking: Please park your vehicle in designated parking areas only. Please lock your vehicle. This is your responsibility and AEC is not liable for any lost or stolen items.
Speed Limit: The speed limit on campus is 5 miles per hour.
Furnishings: Rearranging of furniture or fixtures is not allowed without prior approval of and assistance of the AEC facility staff. No furnishings are to be removed from any facility on the campus.

AEC provides free public wireless internet access in the lodging and meeting facilities. This free service is an open network provided for your convenience and its use is at your own risk. The providers and AEC cannot and do not guarantee the privacy of your data and communication while using this service. Restriction of a child’s access to the internet is the responsibility of the parent or guardian. AEC assumes no responsibility for any cost, liability, or damages, direct or indirect, arising from use of the internet.
