ABOUT THIS COURSE
Dentistry has experienced tremendous advances in technology and digital workflows, yet many dentists feel more overwhelmed than ever. Leadership challenges, staffing shortages, communication breakdowns, and increasing demands on practice owners have left many feeling as though everything still falls back on them.
The pandemic did not create these challenges, but it did expose them.
Dentistry has long assumed that if we provide great clinical care and invest in technology, everything else will fall into place. Yet many dentists now find themselves navigating leadership challenges they were never formally trained to solve.
Successful digital transformation is rarely a technology problem. More often, it is a leadership challenge.
Informed by research and concepts explored through Wharton Executive Education, as well as neuroscience, behavioral science, psychology, and leadership research, this immersive two-day program explores how leadership, communication, delegation, habits, and team alignment influence both practice performance and digital adoption.
Through the lens of One Move Leadership and Dr. Martin Mendelson's TEAM framework, participants will gain practical tools to strengthen accountability, improve communication, guide teams through change, and unlock the full value of their technology investments.
