OneTribe understands that some may not currently have the ability to invest a large fund. So, we have developed a Wealth Builder Investment Program.
This program will allow investors to set up an automatic withdrawal from their choosen account with our bank at a set date and time in order to accumulate $5,000 to go towards their real estate investment account. This account may be canceled once $5,000 is accumulated. A Wealth Builder Investor will also have the choice to keep this account open.
This program gives everyone an opportunity to invest at a more affordable rate and pace.

How long will it take to reach $5000?
-The amount of time it takes to reach $5000 depends on how much you deposit and how often.
What is the minimum deposit?
-Each deposit must be at least $100 and you must invest each month.
What happens if I lose my job and cannot invest that month?
-If you miss a month you may still continue your deposits as long as you have a balance of at least $100 in your account.
What is the penalty if I withdraw my funds before I reach $5000?
-Client must pay the total amount of transaction fee accrued, in addition to 2% of the total withdrawal.
-There is a waiting period of 15 business days from the date we receive your request to withdraw.
-All funds must be withdrawn.
-You will be disqualified from the program.
