MORNING SESSIONS:
Starting a CR Group
Are you thinking about starting a Celebrate Recovery group or in the process of starting one? This breakout is for you. Learn how to implement the 90 Day Start up Strategy, along with some practical tips for building a solid foundation to get your Celebrate Recovery group off to a great start. This breakout will help you establish your next steps before you leave this Rally and have a game plan for moving forward.

Leading a Step Study thru the 4th & 5th Steps
This breakout will equip you to instruct and guide your group through these steps. Not only are these elements necessary for our personal recovery, but they also assist in developing new and healthy leaders. You will learn how to introduce and explain the Spiritual Inventory worksheets, and how to encourage your group through it. The success of your Step Study groups will be essential in raising up new leaders for your Celebrate Recovery group.

T - Reviewing testimonies and lessons
Building off the CR DNA and model for testimonies and lessons, you’ll learn how to effectively review testimonies and lessons at Celebrate Recovery. Also, how to provide constructive feedback and support to participants and leaders as they prepare and present their testimony or lessons.

E - Caring for your Leaders
This breakout session will focus on the importance of an Encourager Coach in caring for CR leaders. Participants will learn about the role and responsibilities of an Encourager Coach in supporting and encouraging CR leaders to maintain and grow in their own personal recovery and spiritual lives. Attendees will also learn about the importance of accountability in the context of leadership and how to foster a culture of support and care within CR. By the end of the session, participants will have a clearer understanding of the role of an Encourager Coach and the skills needed to support and care for CR leaders.

A – Ambassadors
This breakout session will focus on the role and responsibilities of a Celebrate Recovery Ambassador Coach, with a particular emphasis on promoting CR to the wider church, community, and beyond. Participants will learn about the importance of raising awareness about CR and the impact it can have on individuals and families struggling with addiction and other life issues. Attendees will also learn about the different strategies and resources available to promote CR, including social media, website development, and community events. Participants will gain an understanding of how to build relationships with other community organizations and churches to increase visibility and support for CR. By the end of the session, participants will have a clear understanding of the role of an Ambassador Coach and the skills needed to promote CR to the wider community.

AFTERNOON SESSIONS:
7 Keys for a Thriving CR Group
This breakout session will focus on the 7 fundamental principles essential for a successful Celebrate Recovery group. Participants will learn practical tips and strategies for implementing these principles within their group to enhance its overall effectiveness and ensure it thrives. The session will cover a range of topics, including developing a strong leadership team, fostering an inviting and welcoming environment, prioritizing participant safety and confidentiality, while providing relevant and engaging content. Attendees will leave with an understanding of the key components that CR has relied on for more than 30 years for a thriving ministry. As well as actionable steps they can take to improve the success of their own group.

Guideline Training
The Small Group Guidelines are essential to the health and growth of a safe and productive Celebrate Recovery. As you learn, read, teach, and enforce the Guidelines, the results will be incredible. Learn how to be a vital part in making your Celebrate Recovery a safe place for everyone.

Mental Health in CR
Celebrate Recovery is not a replacement for professional counseling, therapy, and/or medical treatment. We provide encouragement and support to supplement those efforts. This breakout will provide tools to equip leaders and sponsors in effectively walking alongside CR participants struggling with mental health. As well as exploring the role of Mental Health Champions for your CR group.

Apprenticing & Leadership Development
This breakout focuses on both apprenticing and developing leaders. Participants will gain skills and insights in identifying potential new leaders, as well as effectively training and developing current leaders. This involves; inspiring and challenging them, providing the necessary tools and resources, giving encouragement, and engaging them in their unique God-given gifts and abilities within the Celebrate Recovery ministry.
