Please join us for the OpenET Applications Conference, November 17th & 18th, at the Hyatt Regency in Salt Lake City, Utah.
The OpenET Consortium is excited to bring together the OpenET user community to showcase successes across diverse applications, foster collaboration and shared learning, and continue building a strong community of practice. Together, we can accelerate the advancement of the science, applications, and usability of OpenET data to support solutions that address critical water management challenges.
Conference Goals:
1) Highlight successful applications and promote cross-geography and cross-sector learning across a range of OpenET use cases and best practices;
2) Convene the OpenET user community alongside the Science and Technical Teams to foster shared learning, collaboration, and a strong community of practice that advances the science, applications, and usability of OpenET data;
3) Provide structured opportunities for feedback regarding user data needs and requirements, and identify technical and scientific priorities for future improvements to the OpenET system; and,
4) Catalyze new partnerships and practical applications by connecting users, researchers, implementers, and decision-makers to co-develop solutions that expand the real-world impact of OpenET.
This conference has both early bird and normal registration- see pricing section on the right for details. Breakfast and lunch will be provided on Tuesday and Wednesday. There will also be a reception and happy hour on Tuesday evening. Attendees are responsible for travel and lodging costs. A room block will be available at the Hyatt Regency on a first-come, first-served basis. The room block includes a limited amount of rooms at the government rate.
