Join us for the next FREE ! All Ages Open Mic at the Okotoks Elks Hall.

The open mic's were incredibly fun, the turnout was awesome, we had beautiful local talent and audience ranging from elementary school aged Kids to Seniors in their 70s. The performances had it all from Country to Drum solo, Musical Theater, grunge, Poetry and dance. It was a slice !

Bring some Fun into your week by listening to local talent perform, sing, play instruments, sing karaoke, perform poetry or stand up comedy,...so many fun options.
Equipment will be provided :
- Guitars
- Cajon
- Keyboard
- Microphones
- Computer for Karaoke / Backing Tracks
There is a big stage to perform on and the Hall provides plenty of space for audience and performers.

Food items and drinks will be available to purchase at the Elks Club, next door ( it is Legion night, so please no hats when entering next door to purchase food and drinks ).

This event is brought to you by Vicarious Vandalism, a local youth multi-musician / recording artist and the Okotoks ELKS Club and the Legion, to help foster local talent, give them a space to perform and gain stage experience, create a sense of community and for people to have a great fun event right here in this beautiful town, as well as raise funds for community supports offered by the ELKS.

The event starts at 5:30PM and will run till 9:00 PM on Saturday February 24th 2024
Doors open at 5 PM

You may RSVP to ensure a spot as a performer or in the Audience , or sign up to perform at the door if there is room on the performer list.

There will be chairs and tables, to sit at and enjoy the performances, eat, chill, visit with friends,...but also a space for people to dance if they like.

Come for some Fun, connect with other performers, network, or just enjoy some live performances, anyone is welcome to perform ! No minimum or maximum age requirements, all skill levels welcome.

Perform yourself, or just come to enjoy performances and support local talent.

The ELKS are a fantastic group providing lots of great supports for the community, they are volunteer and donation run. The ELKS are generously donating the space for this event, please consider volunteering and/or helping them through purchase of food and drinks.
