Rest & Receive: A Mother's Day Breathwork & Sound Bath


Join us for a gentle and nourishing Mother's Day gathering in Duvall — a space to slow down, soften, and receive.

This 2-hour experience weaves together guided breathwork, deep rest, and an immersive sound bath designed to support nervous system regulation, reflection, and renewal. Whether you are a mother, honoring a mother, grieving, healing, or simply longing for a moment of stillness, you are welcome here. Come on your own, or bring your mother, a mother figure, an aunt, a sister, or a friend.

Mother's Day can hold many emotions. This gathering is created as an inclusive space for rest, care, and reconnection.

What to expect:
-Gentle guided breathwork
-Guided grounding and intention setting
-Restorative sound bath
-Quiet integration and closing

No experience is needed. This experience is designed to be accessible, supportive, and restorative.

Door open at 10:45 am.  Please arrive early to get settled. We will start promptly at 11 am.

Please bring:
Anything that helps you feel cozy and supported — a yoga mat, a blanket, a pillow, a water bottle, and anything else you'd like for comfort.

Optional rentals:  
-Zero gravity chair rental: $5 each,  2 available
-Yoga mat rental free (6 available). Must reserve in advance. 

Space is limited to keep the experience intimate.
