PAPPLE DEL SOL – FESTIVAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) apply to all tickets purchased for Papple Del Sol, taking place on Saturday 13th June 2026.

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the event, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Ticket Purchase & Validity

Tickets are valid only if purchased from an official authorised seller
Tickets purchased from unauthorised sources may be cancelled without refund
Tickets are valid only for the date stated on the ticket
Proof of purchase and a valid ticket must be presented for entry
Tickets that are damaged, altered, duplicated, forged, resold without permission or suspected to be fraudulent may be void and entry refused without refund

2. All Sales Final / Refunds & Cancellations

All ticket sales are final
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased, except where required by law
No refunds will be issued due to:
- Change of personal circumstances
- Inability to attend
- Weather conditions
- Artist line-up, performance or schedule changes
- Delays to start or finish times
If the event is cancelled in full and not rescheduled, refunds will be issued to the original purchaser only
If the event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date and no refunds will be issued

3. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By purchasing a ticket, you authorise the organiser to provide evidence to banks, card providers and payment processors in the event of a dispute or chargeback
Any fraudulent, unjustified or bad-faith chargeback may result in:
- Immediate ticket cancellation without refund
- Refusal of entry to the event
- Recovery of dispute handling or administrative fees where applicable
Evidence supplied may include transaction records, ticket usage data, entry logs, event T&Cs and correspondence

4. Event Changes & Information

The organiser reserves the right to change artists, performers, attractions, content, schedules, event timings and site layout
Updates and announcements will be made via official event channels
Such changes do not constitute grounds for a refund

5. Weather & Force Majeure

This is an outdoor event and will proceed in most weather conditions
No refunds will be issued due to adverse weather
The organiser shall not be liable for cancellation, delay or changes caused by events beyond reasonable control, including extreme weather, government restrictions, safety concerns or acts of God

6. Family Friendly Event & UNDER 18s POLICY

Papple Del Sol is a family-friendly event and welcomes all ages
Under 18s must be accompanied by a responsible adult (18+) at all times
The accompanying adult is fully responsible for the under 18(s) in their care at all times
Proof of age may be required on entry
Some areas, attractions or activities may have age-specific restrictions
The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry where supervision is deemed inadequate
No refunds will be issued if entry is refused due to failure to meet this requirement

7. Entry, Safety, Security & Searches

Entry is subject to security checks, searches and compliance with site rules
Bag checks and searches may be carried out on entry and within the event site
Refusal to submit to a search may result in refused entry or removal from the event without refund
Prohibited items include, but are not limited to, weapons, illegal substances, glass, fireworks or any items deemed unsafe
Confiscated items will not be returned

8. Right of Admission Reserved

The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or revoke admission at any time
Entry may be refused or revoked for safety, behavioural or legal reasons
Anyone removed from the event under this clause will not be entitled to a refund

9. Behaviour

Aggressive, disruptive, abusive or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated
Anyone behaving in a manner deemed unsafe or inappropriate may be removed from the event without refund

10. Alcohol & Licensing

Alcohol may only be purchased and consumed in accordance with licensing laws
Underage drinking is strictly prohibited
Anyone suspected of providing alcohol to minors may be removed from the event without refund

12. Media & Promotion

By attending the event, you consent to being photographed, filmed or recorded
Such media may be used for promotional, marketing or archival purposes without compensation

13. Lost Property & Personal Items

Attendance is at your own risk
The organiser accepts no responsibility for loss, damage or injury to persons or property except where caused by proven negligence under UK law
The organiser’s total liability is limited to the face value of the ticket purchased

15. Data & Privacy

Personal data provided during ticket purchase may be used for event administration, access control, safety, communication and customer support
Data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws

16. Acceptance of Terms & Legal

Purchase of a ticket constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England

17. Changes to Terms & Conditions
