Sometimes just saying THANK YOU is not enough. Sometimes as a family company when you want to show your appreciation to your loyal customers, you want to do something special. This is a very special event and our Patriot Fuels USA family would like to invite you and a special guest to come to our first semi-annual Patriot Fuels USA Customer Appreciation Event at the Talladega Superspeedway.
This is hometown for our founder, Rodney Walker. This is the city he was born in, the grounds he ran around on as a kid, and the place he grew up. Although he doesn't live in Talladega anymore, he and Stacie live just south of those beautiful Cheaha Mountains in Lineville, Alabama.
We want you to come and be a part of this special event. We want you to bring your wife (husband) and/or your kids / grandkids so that your family might also enjoy the fun and the roar we call Talladega. Please pick the day of your choice, Friday or Saturday. If you really love racing and wnat to come to both days, let us know that also. We are offering a ticket to you and one guest, but if you want to bring others, please let us know. We will do everything we can to make it happen. We are limited to 50 people each day.
We will also be having this event in the Spring and Fall of 2025 and we want to go ahead and let you know we want you to make plans to come back again. We love all of our customers and we are very excited to host you at Talladega!!

The Talladega Superspeedway is close to everywhere. It is located right in the center of Alabama along I-20 between Birmingham and Anniston, with an easy and quick trip from anywhere in the Southeast. Talladega Airport is located adjacent to the track if you want to fly in. Golf Carts will bring you from your plane to the track. Talladega is still the World's Fastest Speedway!!!
Friday Schedule - Love's RV Stop 250
10:30am - Until
Hospitality Parking
Upon Arrival at the Track - As you drive along Speedway Boulevard, turn beside the Motorsports Hall of Fame. Please follow the signs to Hospitality Parking. It is located on the hill in the grass right behind the grandstands and the Suite areas. There was one VIP parking pass issued to each group with your tickets.
10:30am - 4:00pm
Arrival
You are welcome to arrive anytime during the day that you like. We hope you will come early because there is plenty to keep everyone busy with food, hospitality areas, shuttle tours, garage passes, fellowship, and the Fall Truck Race. We will issue VIP Parking passes to every group of two people. Please come to Suite 16 after you arrive so we can check you in, give you some goodies, and your garage passes for all-access. We want everyone to have the freedom to enjoy the entire track and come and go from the Suite as you desire.

Suite Opens & Conversation
We will have cokes, water, and other drinks available upon arrival until lunch being served at 11:30. Feel free to come in and get you something before heading out to see the track.

Lunch is Served
Lunch is served!! On Friday we will have BLT Salad, All-Beef Hot Dogs, Potato Chips with Gourmet Dips. If you would like a different variety, there are all kinds of food vendors behind the grandstands as well as a trolley ride to many other food choices. The possibilities are endless and the choice is yours.

Garage Area Visit - Trolley Ride (anytime)
The Garage Experience and Pit Area opens at 11:30am. The Trolley Pickup are is directly behind the Suites. Lets hop on the trolley and head on a tour down to the Garage. Everyone is free to roam as you wish. We will see the Garage area for Nascar and Infinity Races, go through Big Bills Pavilion, Watch some Hot Laps and get up-and-personal with the track asphalt. You can walk around and stay as long as you desire. The trolley will bring you back or the gates are open to walk across the track at certain times.

NCTS Qualifying
Head back to Suite 16 and enjoy the NCTS Qualifying. I remember as a young man growing up it was a real treat to go with all the older work guys to the track to watch the qualifying when the old time drivers was blowing it out to see who could run over 200 mph on a wide open race track.

Private Bar Is Open
The in-suite private bar will be open from 12pm until 7pm. We will have it stocked with your favorite beverages along with cokes and waters. There is no charge for any drinks and our awesome bartenders will be glad to take care of you. Please drink responsibly and act appropriately for a family function as we want everyone to have a real good, refreshing, fun time!

Track Tour, Garage & Trolley Tour
If you missed it this morning.....we are going to do it again. The Trolley Pickup are is directly behind the Suites. Lets hop on the trolley and head on a tour around the track and down to the Garage. Everyone is free to roam as you wish. We will see the Hospitality Area, The Infield, The Garage Area for Nascar and Infinity Races, go through Big Bills Pavilion, Watch some Hot Laps and get up-and-personal with the track asphalt. You can walk around and stay as long as you desire. The trolley will bring you back or the gates are open to walk across the track at any time.
2:30 PM - 3:30pm
Track Crossover Gates Open
The track crossover gates will be open to go to the Pit Area. If you prefer to walk rather than go on the Trolley, the gates will open up and you can walk right across the track to the pit area. You can stay a while and walk back across. Everyone is free to roam as you wish. You can see the Hospitality Area, The Infield, The Garage Area for Nascar and Infinity Races, go through Big Bills Pavilion, and get up-and-personal with the track asphalt. You can walk around and stay as long as you desire. If you miss the crossover closure, the trolley will bring you back to the suite when you get ready.
3:00 PM - 4:00pm
Afternoon Snacks Are Served
In the Suite, the servers will put out Seasoned Fresh Fruit on the table if you would like any. Please enjoy a variety of fruits to make us healthy in the afternoon while we enjoy the race

Love's RV Stop 250 Race Time
It's time to get your seat in Suite 16 to watch the 2024 Fall Truck Race. Come on in, have a drink or some snacks and enjoy the race. Support the truck of your choice but don't forget our local Talladega driver, Bret Holmes in the Number 32 Truck. Feel free to mingle and talk to friends or take a quick rest room stop in the two in-suite facilities. You are welcome to walk outside and set in any of the open track seats that you want if you desire to feel the rumble of the trucks going by.

Winner's Circle
It is impossible to know the exact time but if you would like to be in the middle of the action, you can take the trolley down to the Garage area and go over to the Winners Circle. Grab a seat or stand up. As soon as the race is over the driver and the winning truck will be rolled into the Winner's Circle. After the major whirlwind of pictures, the winner will take pictures with fans and kids. It would be an amazing time to get right in there.

Afternoon Food is Served
There is no need to rush off as soon as the race is over. We would like to invite you to stay and have chicken fingers, gourmet cookies and brownies along with a drink or cocktail with us while the traffic moves out of the track. Everyone is free to go and come but no need to set in a traffic jam when you could be enjoying some chicken fingers from Alabama.

Time to Call it a Day
We certainly hope that everyone has had an amazing time!! It is starting to get dark outside and time to head home or to the hotel. If you are staying overnight, please book your rooms early because they will fill up fast. There are awesome hotels in Oxford, Pell City, Birmingham and the surrounding area. Y'all drive safe because we want you to come back tomorrow, next spring or fall for the 2nd semi-annual Patriot Fuel appreciation event.

Rodney Walker will bless the food and say a few words welcoming everyone to the today's events. On our menu for today is Steakhouse Beef Tenderlion, BLT Salad, Three Cheese Mac, Traditional Alabama Beef Sliders, and Potato Chips and Gourmet Dips. We have a mix so that everyone is sure to find something they like

United Rentals 250 Race Time
It's time to get your seat in Suite 16 to watch the 2024 Fall Xfinity Race. Come on in, have a drink or some snacks and enjoy the race. Support the car of your choice. Feel free to mingle and talk to friends or take a quick rest room stop in the two in-suite facilities. You are welcome to walk outside and set in any of the open track seats that you want if you desire to feel the rumble of the trucks going by.
