Join us for Peace in the Park, a grounding outdoor wellness experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and restore your nervous system in nature.
This heart-centered morning gathering takes place at Tomoka State Park (South Entrance Pavilion) and includes a gentle, all-levels yoga class led by Kim of Ormond Beach Yoga, followed by a guided meditation and immersive crystal sound bath led by Nicole of Align Inside. The experience concludes with time for journaling, reflection, tea and gentle community connection.
This is an outdoor event, held beneath the trees in a peaceful park setting. All practices are accessible and beginner-friendly. No prior yoga or meditation experience is required.
Contribution:
This event is offered on a contribution basis with a suggested contribution of $25 given in support of future community wellness events.
Please note: Tomoka State Park requires a $5 per vehicle entry fee.
What to Bring:
- Yoga mat or blanket
- Water
- Journal and pen (optional)
- Any props for comfort (pillow, eye mask, light blanket)
- Comfortable clothing suitable for outdoor weather
