About the Day
Join us for Peace in the Park, a grounding outdoor wellness experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and restore your nervous system in nature.
This heart-centered morning gathering takes place at Tomoka State Park (South Entrance Pavilion) and includes a gentle, all-levels yoga class led by Kim of Ormond Beach Yoga, followed by a guided meditation and immersive crystal sound bath led by Nicole of Align Inside. The experience concludes with time for journaling, reflection, tea and gentle community connection.
This is an outdoor event, held beneath the trees in a peaceful park setting. All practices are accessible and beginner-friendly. No prior yoga or meditation experience is required.
Contribution:
This event is offered on a contribution basis with a suggested contribution of $25 given in support of future community wellness events.
Please note: Tomoka State Park requires a $5 per vehicle entry fee.
What to Bring:
- Yoga mat or blanket
- Water
- Journal and pen (optional)
- Any props for comfort (pillow, eye mask, light blanket)
- Comfortable clothing suitable for outdoor weather
Space is limited to keep the experience intimate and intentional. We invite you to come exactly as you are and leave feeling grounded, calm, and connected.

Please enter through the South Entrance of Tomoka State Park.
Once inside, you can ask the ranger or follow signs for the Sunset Pavilion.
💵 Park Entry Fee:
There is a $5 per car entry fee required by the park.
You have two easy options:
Just let the gate attendant know you are heading to the Sunset Pavilion, or ask for the south side entrance area—they will guide you right to us for it is not in the main entrance area.
✨ Arrival Tip:
Give yourself a few extra minutes to get through the gate and settled so you can fully relax before we begin.

With warmth and expertise, Kim creates space for connection, balance, and embodied presence.
Nicole — Founder of Align Inside
Nicole is a certified meditation guide and mindful movement facilitator with a passion for helping others slow down, reconnect, and find peace from the inside out. Through gentle guidance, grounding practices, and intuitive presence, she creates safe, heart-centered experiences where attendees can explore calm, clarity, and self-compassion.
