Learn about Philly FatCon: Publications, Citations, and more!
Philly FatCon was conceptualized in 2022 by Donnelle Jageman, Adrienne Ray, and Kenyetta Harris while the group admired the atmosphere at 2nd Annual The Philly Plus Swap, a clothing swap founded by Donnelle in 2021. Adrienne and Kenyetta participated in the Plus Swap as vendors with their respective brands: Curve Conscious and Curvy and Seductive. The group was inspired by the energy at the event and need for fat community, they started planning Philly FatCon in November 2022.
