Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of live events and incurred costs, we are not able to issue refunds or credits for cancellations within 7 days of a class date, including illnesses or otherwise. However, if you have someone who would like to come in your place, we are happy to accommodate them.
1. A class sign-up/payment confirmation will be emailed to you upon registration. Our emails can get caught in spam filters or blocked entirely, please contact us if you do not receive the class confirmation.
2. Refund Policy: Class fees are fully refundable to the original form of purchase if a refund is requested not less than 7 days prior to the class date. Refunds requested less than 7 days prior to the class date will not be granted. Unused class fees cannot be applied to the cost of other classes. All refund requests must be made by email or website.
If the class is not full and you are signing up within 7 days of the class:
1. Book at least 1 hour before each date.
2. No cancellations or reschedules allowed for this date.
3. A class sign-up/payment confirmation will be emailed to you upon registration. Our emails can get caught in spam filters or blocked entirely, please contact us if you don’t receive the class information.
Refunds requested less than 7 days prior to the class date will not be granted. Unused class fees cannot be applied to the cost of other classes. However, if you have someone who would like to come in your place, we are happy to accommodate them.
Inclement Weather
When we cancel a class due to inclement weather, or other circumstances beyond our control (e.g., power outages, facility issues, etc.), we will endeavor to contact you by email or telephone with as much notice as possible and issue a full refund to the original form of payment. However, if we do not cancel the class and you are unable to attend, our standard cancellation policy applies.

Do I need to bring anything to class?
Bring a screenshot or copy of your payment to the class for entry.
