Stockton has been involved in the space planning, staffing analysis, and public awareness efforts for bond, tax, and voter referendums. Stockton works with clients to assist them in identifying their future staffing needs and funding opportunities through local, state, and federal grant programs as well as public awareness projects. He has been integral in assisting his clients with the initial stages of realizing a project to address their facility or physical needs. He has worked with clients in all regions of the United States conducting staffing studies, space needs studies, site selection analysis, and estimation of probable costs for public safety facilities.
Ian Reeves, AIA, IALEP

Mr. Reeves’ has dedicated his entire career to public safety design. His extensive experience provides him a unique expertise implementing the seminar’s design and planning principles. He has a vast understanding of the Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies (CALEA) standards. Additionally, Ian is actively involved with both the International Association of Law Enforcement Planners (IALEP) and the International CPTED Association (ICA). He also served on the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP) committee for updating the design standards for law enforcement facilities, as well a separate committee for creating public safety training design standards. Mr. Reeves also leads ADG’s grant writing services. During that process, he helps clients with effectively utilizing grant resources and efficiently obtaining funding for their projects.

Rodney’s experience has enabled him to understand the importance of clear communication and extreme service. Additionally, he has a broad range of experience in public safety, municipal, and corporate design. His years of experience with all facets of project design and management helps him to understand a project from all perspectives.
Sami Gerwick, RA

Mr. Gerwick has worked on several law enforcement, fire-rescue, EOC, public safety, and public safety training projects. His expertise centers around conceptual design, space planning, systems integration, design development, construction documents, and construction administration for public safety facilities. He has extensive experience in extreme weather hardened facilities including building envelope detailing, exterior equipment protection, glazing protection, and site security.
