Steven BurkeOur PV composers are getting excited about this event!"It will always be a point of pride for me that I was the very first composer commissioned by the Palisades Virtuosi, in what also happened to be my first paid commission. I didn't comprehend back then as a 23-year-old how truly lucky I was, and how rare it is to have a group of musicians who treat composers at all career stages with the utmost respect and care for the music. Margaret, Don and Ron are the greatest allies a composer could hope for, and I'll look forward to many more years of watching new music emerge from their growing circle. And to think, it all started because Ron told me he loved butterflies!"
-Aaron Grad"That is an amazing amount of music you folks are responsible for with your extraordinary artistry! Have a fantastic performance! I'm sure it will be a great celebratory event!!!" -
