brokerages. His passion for developing others, growing himself, and helping businesses thrive is evident in everything he does.

Throughout his career, Jake has demonstrated exceptional leadership, having served as the Regional Director, Maps Coach and Team Leader, and now overseeing 2 Keller Williams brokerages with over 300 realtors. His commitment to personal and professional growth has helped him to build a reputation as a highly effective and respected industry leader.


Outside of work, Jake enjoys spending time in the great outdoors, staying fit through various fitness activities - he recently finished a 70.3 ironman - and indulging in some woodworking. But no matter where he is or what he's doing, his mission is always the same: to positively impact people through personal development and leadership,  ultimately creating a ripple effect that will impact the next generation of leaders for years to come.
