Hello Raider Friends and Family:

It is with great pleasure to announce that registration for the 2023 Raider Classic Charitable Golf Tournament is officially open! The event will take place on Friday July 28th, 2023 at 8 AM, hosted by our friends at Sandy Burr Country Club in Wayland, MA.

We saw exponential growth in Year 2 since the event's inauguration, raising $20,000 for Friends of Wellesley METCO, Inc., up from $6,000 the year prior. Additionally, player participation increased from 80 players to 100+! We are planning for consistent growth for years to come, and we cannot wait to see it blossom into its full potential in the future.

The tournament format will remain the same: Shotgun Scramble with 4-Person teams starting on different holes at 8 AM. The 3 teams with the lowest scores will be awarded prizes, and individuals will have the opportunity to win Men’s and Women’s long drive and closest to the pin prizes as well.

Registration fees (outlined below) cover 18 holes with a cart, full lunch, a great afternoon, and all proceeds will be donated directly to Friends of Wellesley, METCO, Inc. (FWMI).  FWMI is a parent-run non-profit dedicated to supporting METCO students & families for whom Wellesley has become a second home for over 50 years.

-Registration for 4 golfers:  $175 per Player
-Registration for 1-3 golfers:  $200 per Player

Companies and organizations will have the same opportunity to sponsor portions of the event. These include:

- Platinum Sponsorships: Main sponsors of the Raider Classic, banner signage, brand exposure on every tee box and more - $10,000
- Gold Sponsorships: Main sponsors for the post-round lunch, raffle, goody bags and TWO tee boxes - $5,000
- Silver Sponsorships: Main sponsors of the men's and women's long drive and closest to the pin contests, and one tee box - $1,000
- Bronze Sponsorships - Bronze sponsors will receive brand exposure on larger poster boards on one tee box - $500
