Please note
- Should you need to change weight class, do so before the 24th May. Changing after this date will mean you potentially risk forfeiting your space and will lift as a guest if we are unable to fit you into the category you are hoping to lift in.
- This competition, as all of our competitions, is non refundable.
- You will need to provide your British Powerlifting membership number, if you don't have this on time of entering it's ok, but should you not have it on the day you will not be allowed to compete and you will not be refunded your entry.

FAQ
Q. "Can I set a qualifying total at this competition?"
A. Yes you can set a qualifying total at this competition, it is fully sanctioned with IPF.

Q. "Will there be calibrated plates in the warm up area?"
A. No. We have calibrated plates for the platform. Warm up area will have 3 stations to warm up on (2x combi racks and 1x power rack) With power bars in each and a mixture of bumper and cast plates.

Q. "What time is weigh in for each group?"
A. This info will be released nearer the time of the competition, typically about a month out. As a rule of thumb, we tend to start weigh ins around 0730.

Q. "Can I bring spectators?"
A. Of course! That said, please keep in mind the gym is small and space is limited. As such we ask that you don't bring entire mobs with you! If you do, please advise them to be sensible and to move out when your not lifting so that others can spectate other groups.

Q. "Will there be food/drink on the day?"
A. Yes! We partner up with Moneyrow Beans for all of our competitions who will be on hand to supply hot and cold dribks and snacks throughout the day.
