Geoffrey Hueter

Geoff Hueter is the Chair of Neighbors for a Better San Diego, a volunteer grassroots organization that promotes sensible, data-driven planning for San Diego. Prior to that, Dr. Hueter was the Chief Data Scientist and Co-Founder of Certona Corporation, a leader in real time, AI powered omnichannel personalization for the world’s largest retailers.
Jared Basler
Basis Studio
Jared Basler, is the founder of Basis Studio, a San Diego-based firm specializing in ADU design and policy. Known as “The Godfather of Granny Flats,” he is a leading advocate and expert in ADU policy development at both local and state levels. Jared also serves as Director of Policy and Strategic Initiatives at the Casita Coalition, where he works to improve housing solutions through collaboration and education.
David Pearson
PALO
Blending his skills in architecture, landscape, and urban infill housing, David leverages design, finance, and policy to craft impactful, innovative projects. Actively involved in academia and the Urban Land Institute, he helps clients thoughtfully navigate complex regulations and advances sustainable, inclusive design in our communities.
