The RWRT Leadership Roundtable 2026 is a transformative two-day experience designed to inspire women to discover, embrace, and lead from their authentic selves. Whether speaking from the stage, mentoring emerging leaders, or sharing a cup of coffee, Susan's mission is simple: to curate conversations that inspire women to lead from within and create meaningful change. Susan is a senior underwriter in the mortgage finance industry with more than 30 years of experience.
