Join us on July 31st!
Strong governance doesn’t happen by chance—it’s built through intentional leadership, clear policies, and a commitment to accountability. In today’s municipal environment, communities face increasing expectations for transparency, efficiency, and ethical decision-making. When cities and towns prioritize proactive oversight and strong internal practices, they are better equipped to prevent costly issues, navigate challenges with confidence, and maintain the trust of the citizens they serve.

Join us for Oklahoma Well-Run Cities: Learning from Recent Audits, a virtual training event at 12:30 PM, where we’ll take a practical look at real audit findings and what they mean for your municipality. This interactive session will highlight common risk areas, share lessons learned, and provide actionable strategies you can implement right away. Whether you’re an elected official, administrator, or staff member, you’ll walk away with valuable insights to strengthen your operations and support a more resilient, well-run community.
