Sasja is one of the biggest names in sustainability and ESG with over 20 years of international experience in sustainable finance.
He has been recognized and awarded by various organizations, such as the World Economic Forum, the UN, and the Swedish Royal Family, for his extraordinary efforts and contributions in the field of finance and sustainability.

Tanaka Yoshihiro

Tanaka Yoshihiro, CEO of Asuka Corporate Advisory, launched his career at Nippon Credit Bank (now Aozora Bank) where he rose to listed equity fund manager.
At JAFCO Co., Ltd., he gained experience in private equity investment and enhancing business value. He served as director for firms such as Yuasa Electronics and Kitchenhouse. Tanaka was also a research analyst covering small to medium-sized companies at Morgan Stanley.

Shohei Maekawa
Chief operating officer
Formerly with BCG, Shohei has long experience in management and strategy consulting, including corporate restructuring and post-merger integration.

Managing partner
Yuko has led institutional sales of Japanese equities at Jardine Fleming Securities (now JP Morgan Securities), Morgan Stanley Securities, and Deutsche Securities.
