a little about our moms:
Kelley is earning a degree in Speech & Hearing Science at Lamar University and has a two-year-old son. She made the President's list in the Fall of 2023 and is expected to graduate with her Bachelor's Degree in May of 2026. She plans on continuing her education by earning her Master's Degree so that she can help children with speech delays and disorders.

Madison is in the Dental Hygiene Program at Lamar Institute of Technology and is set to graduate in 2025. Her plan after graduation is to become employed at a dental office so that she can independently support her three-year-old daughter. She would like to take this opportunity to thank SMORE for Women for their support.

Ciera H. is attending Lamar State College - Port Arthur to become a Licensed Vocational Nurse. She is expected to graduate December of 2024 and has future plans to apply for the ADN program to continue her education. Ciera is looking forward to potentially working in NICU or hospice care, depending on where God leads her. She is excited for this opportunity to continue to support her thirteen-year-old daughter.

Cierra J. is the mother of five children and is currently a II-Level LVN Nursing Student at Lamar State College - Port Arthur. She is expected to graduate in August of 2024 and is continuously praying for God to order her steps and to place her on the path that He has for her life.

Cassidy is the mother of a three-year-old boy and a student at Lamar Institute of Technology, studying Radiologic Technology, with an expected graduation date of May 2024. She has been applying at Baptist Hospital and other outpatient facilities to work as a staff technician. Once settled in her position, she intends to go back to school for her Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration.

SMORE for Women is immensely proud of our Moms for their hard work!
