GRCC invites you to join us for a special Reformation edition of our Children’s Education Bi-Monthly Event (CEBE), “A Harvest of Truth.”

We will step back into the year 1517 in Wittenberg, Germany, where a monk named Martin Luther stood firmly in his convictions in defense of the truth against the teachings and practices of the Roman Catholic Church. Together, we will explore The Church, The Scribe’s Workshop, Gutenberg’s Printing Press, and The Indulgence Merchant.

There will be food, games, and activities for both children and adults to enjoy as we celebrate GRCC’s Harvest Festival—Reformation style!

Recommendation: come dressed up in medieval/renaissance attire!

Grace River City Church’s Children’s Educational Bimonthly Event (CEBE) is a ministry designed for parents and their children to learn about God together. The event initially began as a ministry for homeschooling families, providing children opportunities to interact with and build friendships with other homeschooled children, as well as to learn from other teachers than themselves.

Over time, the ministry was opened to the broader community due to its effectiveness in bringing parents and children together, along with other generations within the church. Many children’s ministries isolate children from their parents and the wider congregation, which can unintentionally diminish the value of generational influence.

CEBE intentionally fosters an environment in which older members actively participate in a child’s biblical education, while also cultivating a safe and meaningful community where children can grow and learn together.
