Richard Hayes

Richard Hayes is grateful and enthusiastic to bring mindfulness into daily living using the tools provided by the Mindful Life Program. As a full time Certified Mindfulness In Recovery Facilitator and MLP Teacher, he has experience working with several populations , ranging from mental-behavioral health, women’s trauma , veteran trauma , at risk adolescent , elderly to offering mindfulness training to professionals. His experience of working with such a wide spectrum of people, has helped him to value the resilience that mindfulness can help develop. He is committed to teaching the practical, accessible, and universal tools provided by the Mindful Life Program. His true aspiration is to offer students the opportunity to cultivate mindfulness tools, skills, that empower them to lead truly meaningful lives.
