Vinyasa Flow - All Levels
Join us on the mat!
A flow style yoga class to promote self-care, relaxation, and decreased stress. Inclusive to all body types & levels of experience. Expect to link breath to movement as we flow through a 1-hour sequence, beginning with meditation & gentle movements, and progressing towards more energetic postures, with option to practice balance, strength, and flexibility. Class will end with floor-based stretches & a transition into a gentle posture for relaxation. A variety of sequencing will be offered and students are encouraged to choose the option that best matches their mobility & energy.
Class will be held from 6:30-7:30, with optional tea & conversation to follow.
It is recommended that you bring your own mat & register ahead of time, as space is limited.
This class is offered complimentary to those impacted by cancer and their immediate loved ones. A sliding scale donation of $10-$20 is recommended for all others, which can be made via cash or Venmo.
