Celebration of Life for Sheryl Anderson
 1953 - 2023 
Family and friends, please join us as we celebrate the life of Sheryl (Schweikert) Anderson. We will be meeting in the gardens of the lovely Beacon Hill event center at 1:00pm on Saturday, April 22nd, 2023. There will be several of her quilts, and other memories on display. Refreshments will be on hand. We hope that you will come listen to others' memories and perhaps share your own stories of Sheryl. 
Sheryl Lea Anderson, 69 of Spokane Valley, passed away on February 12, 2023.  Sheryl was born on February 17, 1953 to Donald and Sara (Leithead) Schweikert in Tacoma, Washington.  Sheryl graduated from Spokane Community College in 1974 with a degree in Inhalation Therapy Technology.

Sheryl was employed by Valley Hospital Medical Center for 41 years as a Respiratory Therapist and retired in 2015 as their longest tenured employee. After retiring she enjoyed many adventures via motorcycles, boats, and Corvettes, most recently she immersed herself in time spent with grandchildren, traveling and camping with her partner Terry Shaffer and quilting for Washington State Quilters and Charity Central.

She was preceded in death by her parents and younger brother Craig.

She is survived by brother Kent (Diane) Schweikert of Olympia, WA; brother Glen (Michelle) Schweikert; son Brett Anderson and children Liam, Porter, and Sydney; son Jeff (Jenna) Anderson and children Finley and Grayson of Boise, ID; and daughter Kirsten (Todd) Maser of Deer Park, WA.

We have the opportunity to gather in the beautiful gardens outside of the Beacon Hill Event Center for our event. While we have indoor facilities to use in the event of poor weather, we will try and honor Sheryl's love of her gardens and the outdoors and try to celebrate there so please dress appropriately.

Refreshments will be provided along with a no-host bar.

Everyone is welcome, but we ask that you please RSVP so that we can properly prepare for you to attend.
